The Scrivner Foundation Celebrates 15 Years
On November 21, 1996, the St. Clair County Board of Health established the Willard C. Scrivner, M.D., Public Health Foundation. 2011 will mark the Scrivner Foundation’s 15 year Anniversary of service to the community.
