The Scrivner Foundation Celebrates 10 Years
On November 21, 1996, the St. Clair County Board of Health established the Willard C. Scrivner, M.D., Public Health Foundation. 2006 will mark the Scrivner Foundation’s 10 year Anniversary of service to the community.
