BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The  Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing businesses, health professions, churches, civic organizations, and health consumers.  The Board of Health President serves as Chair of the Foundation.  The Board of Health, with the concurrence of the County Board Chairman, appoints additional members to the Foundation Board who are selected based upon their commitment to public health, interest in the community and demonstrated leadership.
